Vendor Rewards Program

1. What the program is

BNS may, from time to time, credit rewards to the in-platform balances of vendors who maintain an active business subscription and remain in good standing on the platform. The Vendor Rewards Program is a discretionary benefit for active vendors. It is not an investment, employment, franchise, agency, or profit-sharing arrangement.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible, a vendor must hold an active paid store subscription on BNS, maintain an account in good standing, and comply with these terms and the Terms of Service. Eligibility may be reviewed periodically. Rewards are not available to accounts that are suspended, delinquent, or under investigation.

3. Nature of rewards

All rewards are discretionary. Amounts, timing, and frequency are determined solely by BNS and may vary. Rewards are funded from BNS's own platform revenue. Nothing in this program guarantees any reward, amount, frequency, or continued participation. No purchase, deposit, or investment beyond a vendor's own platform subscription is required, and no reward should be construed as a return on investment.

4. No income representation

BNS does not represent that participation in this program will generate any particular income. Any figures a vendor sees in their dashboard reflect rewards already credited to that vendor's balance and are not projections, promises, or estimates of future rewards.

5. Balances and withdrawals

Rewards are credited to a vendor's in-platform balance. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, fraud review, and applicable banking processes. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be delayed where verification is required. Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply.

6. Changes, suspension, and termination

BNS may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Vendor Rewards Program, or adjust any reward amount or rule, at any time, with or without notice. BNS may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of the platform's terms, including in connection with refunded or charged-back transactions.

7. Records

BNS maintains full records of rewards credited, adjusted, and paid. Vendors may request a statement of their reward history at any time through Support.

8. Taxes

Vendors are solely responsible for any taxes arising from rewards they receive. BNS does not provide tax advice.
